Weights and Measurements

I'll be completing and refining this page over time.  It will become very detailed.  The figures for weight may change as I improve, or add or subtract certain components.  Some are currently based on the equipment I have in my fiberglass Interclub dinghy, which has already been optimized to class rules and carries 8 pounds of lead.
